Return and Refund Policy

  • 1.1 - Exchange should be requested within 24 Hours of delivering the product.
  • 1.2 - The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • 1.3 - The product should not be used.
  • 1.4 - The protective film should not be removed.
  • 1.5 - Order ID and invoice should be available.
  • 1.6 - An exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • 1.7 - Replacements are subject to the product availability, if the product is not available in stock, the customer gets a full refund.

Eligibility For Refund

We offer refunds via original source (if paid online) or by UPI.

  • 2.1 - A refund should be requested within 3 Days of delivering the wrong product if it is out of stock as per 1.7
  • 2.2 - The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • 2.3 - The product should not be used.
  • 2.4 - The protective film should not be removed.
  • 2.5 - Order ID and invoice should be available.
  • 2.6 - Refunds will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • 2.7 - The refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.


If your return is accepted, we’ll reverse-pick your package.

Things to take care: 

Damages and Issues (During Shipment)
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us till next date EOD (usually 24 hours) if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right/ replace.

Replace Process:

-To initiate a replacement, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We also request that you provide a brief unboxing video clearly showing the product upon receipt. This video will help expedite the replacement/refund process.

Unboxing Video Requirement:

-As part of the replacement process, we kindly request that you provide a short unboxing video. The video should clearly show the unopened package and the product. This helps us expedite the replace and re-ship process.

Later Replace Process:

-Once your replacement request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your replacement request.

-If your replacement request is approved, your replaced item will be processed and re-shipped within 2 working days to the same details and shipping + tracking information will be shared with the same.

Late or Missing Replacement: If you haven’t received the replacement within 7 business days, first check the details via tracking details and try to contact the same.
