Warranty Policy

30-Day Warranty & Replace Policy - Unipod.store

Coverage:

  • Our 30-day warranty covers products that are found to be defective or completely not working upon arrival or near 30 days from reciept.
  • The warranty is applicable only if the entire product is not functioning correctly; it does not cover individual features.

Void Warranty:

  • The warranty will be void if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way.

Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, physical impact, or any misuse of the product.

Redemption Requirements:

  • To redeem the warranty, customers must present the original packaging, all items included in the original package, and a valid invoice.
  • We also request that you provide a brief unboxing video clearly showing the condition & defect of the product.

Video Requirement:

-As part of the warranty claim process, unipod.store kindly request that you provide a short brief video. The video should clearly show the product, and any visible defects or issues. This helps us expedite the warranty claim or, replace and process.

Later Replace Process:

-Once your warranty claim request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your warranty claim.

-If your warranty claim request is approved:-

a. You have to ship the product to the details provided by us at that time by yourself.

or,

b. Your replaced item will be processed and re-shipped within 2 business days to the same details and shipping + tracking information will be shared with the same.

Late or Missing Replacement: If you haven’t received the replacement within 7 business days, first check the details via tracking details and try to contact the same.

NOTE: In case of warranty claim replace, the Shipping is chargeable up to Rs.100 

 

How to Redeem:

  1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the warranty redemption process.
  4. Return the product with the original packaging, all accessories, and a copy of the invoice.

Note:

  • Warranty claims will be assessed by our technical team to determine the nature of the defect.
